Store cornmeal (Polenta and Red Sauce) and corn bread (Fiesta Chili Corn Bread)
Prepare the Manicotti, undercooking the shells by 2 minutes.
Prepare the Red Sauce and divide into 3 3-cup feezer containers. Store any extra in a separate container and mark as such.
Divide patties into the following:
8 for Hamburgers
8 for Patty Melts
Wrap extras and label "extra." Use these if you have extra people to serve at one of the above meals.
Make the Nacho Potato Cheese soup and freeze.
Assemble the Lentil (or barley) Ham Soup and freeze.
Prepare the Hash Brown Casserole and freeze.
Assemble the quiches and freeze.
Make the Calzone fresh on eating day!
