Order of Preparation

Freeze or Refrigerate these items

Dill Bread (for Patty Melts)

Hamburger buns

Pepperoni

Hot Dogs

Chicken Pot Pie

Fish, fresh and prepared

Pork Roast

With the Ground Turkey (or Beef)

Use one and 1/2 packages to prepare the Souperior Meatloaf.

Cook 5 packages individually for:

Joes to Go

Taco Mac and Cheese

Beef Taco Skillet

Chili Burritos

Taco Corn Bread Casserole

Either freeze 1 package for Turkey Salisbury Steaks or prepare whole recipe and freeze.


Now for the chicken...

Clean the whole chickens and freeze separately for:

Sweet and Sour Whole Chicken

40-Clove Garlic Chicken

Cook 3 breasts in a soup pot and prepare Chicken Soup.


Cook 15 breasts seasoned with House Seasoning.

Shred 12 breasts, 3 at a time for:

Tacos

Penne Gorgonzola Pasta

Chicken Packets

Chicken Tortilla Casserole


Dice 3 breasts for BBQ Ranch Chicken Pizza.

Pastas and Dry Goods

Store all of the pasta and jarred sauces for:

Spaghetti and Red Sauce

Penne (Gorgonzola)

Fettuccine (for Alfredo and Chicken Soup)

Linguini


Store cornmeal (Polenta and Red Sauce) and corn bread (Fiesta Chili Corn Bread)


Prepare the Manicotti, undercooking the shells by 2 minutes.

Prepare the Red Sauce and divide into 3 3-cup feezer containers.  Store any extra in a separate container and mark as such.

Hamburger Patties

Divide patties into the following:

8 for Hamburgers

8 for Patty Melts

Wrap extras and label "extra."  Use these if you have extra people to serve at one of the above meals.

Everything Else!

Make the Nacho Potato Cheese soup and freeze.

Assemble the Lentil (or barley) Ham Soup and freeze.

Prepare the Hash Brown Casserole and freeze.

Assemble the quiches and freeze.

Make the Calzone fresh on eating day!
