Order of Preparation

Freeze the following items as purchased:

Pork and Beef roasts

Italian Sausage

Hamburgers

Pie shells

Orange Chicken

Salmon

Boil and shred 10 lbs. of chicken and divide as follows:

4 C for tortilla soup

4 C for white chili

4 C for chicken noodle casserole

Separate the rest of the chicken:

8 breasts for crunchy baked chicken

8 breasts for mushroom chicken

Freeze ground turkey as follows:

1 package for Meatloaf

1 package for Cheddar Sliders

Cook the ground turkey by package for the following recipes:

Taco meat for Taco Bar

Taco meat for Mexican Lasagna

Taco meat for Taco Salad

Cowboy Casserole

Pizza Pasta
