Order of Preparation

Freeze the following items:

Jimmy Dean Sausage

beef for Stroganoff

Hamburger patties

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Taquitos

Dry Goods

Store the pastas and any purchased sauces, labeled for the meal.


Refrigerate the hot dogs and crescent rolls.

Ground Turkey or Beef

Cook the meat and season with taco seasoning (about 1/3 C for 1 1/2 lbs. meat) for:

Tacos

Taco Soup

Italian Sausage

Freeze one package for sandwiches.

Cook the other 3 packages, one at a time, for:

Italian Sausage Skillet

Red Sauce

Lasagna

On to the Chicken...

Bag 5-6 breasts each for: 

Baked Oregano Chicken

Chicken Bake


Cook 17 breasts and divide as follows:

4 to Burritos

4 to Enchiladas

4 to Noodle dish

3 to Pesto

2 to Pot Pie

And all the rest...

Brown the pork chops; season and freeze in two separate bags equally divided.


Prepare the Zucchini Slice and bake before freezing.


Prepare the soups following specific directions with each recipe.

Cheese Soup

Corn Chowder
