Items for the freezer...

Brisket

Beef Roast for Old Fashioned Pot Roast

Jimmy Dean Sausage for Sausage, Potato and Egg Scramble

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Fish

Salmon 

Round Steak for Swiss Steak

Sirloin - Divide into two packages for Beef Broccoli and Ginger Lime Beef Stir Fry

Hamburger Patties - 8 to Hamburgers, 8 to Patty Melts, 4 to thaw for Prime Time Beef

Divide the Chicken for these dishes

4 breasts for Lemon Sesame Chicken

4 breasts for Chicken in Wine Sauce

3 breasts for Chicken Cacciatore

4 breasts for Chicken Marsala

4-6 breasts for Chicken Nuggets

Whole Chicken - clean and save for Chicken Soup

Thighs - clean and save for Huli Chicken

Ground Turkey or Beef

Use one package to make the Souperior Meatloaf.

Cook the rest of the packages individually for:

Taco Soup

Joes to Go

Cheeseburger Bread

Hamburger Noodle Bake

Taco Filled Pasta Shells

Bubble Pizza

Beef Taco Bake

And on to the pastas

Store the pastas and purchased sauces in the cupboard or pantry.

Make the Red Sauce and divide into 3 3-cup containers to freeze.  Store any leftover in a smaller container and freeze.

The rest of the dishes

Cook the bacon for the Corn Chowder and finish the soup.

Assemble the Au Gratin Hash Browns with ham and freeze.

Assemble the Ham and Egg Souffle.
