My knock-off version of the Paula Deen spice first given to me by my daughter from her visit to the store in Savannah, Georgia. It was delicious and went very quickly as it's such a multi-purpose flavoring. I use it on meats, potatoes and sometimes in my scrambled eggs!
1/2 C salt
1/4 C onion powder
1/4 C garlic powder
1/8 C ground black pepper
Mix the spices very well and store in an air-tight container.
